These scrumptious treats will power up your workouts.
1 cup butter, melted
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup Landis Natural Peanut Butter
1 ½ cups semisweet chocolate chips
In a medium bowl, mix together the butter, graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, vanilla and peanut butter until well blended. Press evenly into the bottom of an ungreased 9x13 pan.
Melt the chocolate in a double broiler or microwave, stirring occasionally until smooth. Spread over the prepared crust. Refrigerate for at least one hour before cutting into squares.
Store in airtight container at room temperature.
